IF THE DIRTY SUIT IS UP, THE DEALER MUST ORDER.
IF THE DIRTY SUIT IS NOT UP, LEFT OF DEALER MAKES THE DIRTY SUIT TRUMP.
LONERS ALLOWED BUT NOT ON 8 OR 9.

TABLES SHOULD BE - 10, STD, OPTION, NEVER AND DISABLE
